The registration for GCSE and A-Level exams for November 2026 will open on 01/09/2026.
Please note that the deadline for entry for GCSE’s and A-Levels for November 2026 is 1st October 2026.
The deadline request for transferred candidate arrangements for the November 2026 exam series is 30/09/2026.
The deadline for receiving all access arrangement requests for the November 2026 exam series is 26/10/2026.
Edexcel IGCSE’s
The registration for Edexcel IGCSE’s for November 2026 will open on 10/08/2026.
The deadline for entry for IGCSE’s for November 2026 is 10/09/2026.
The deadline request for transferred candidate arrangements for the November 2026 exam series is 30/09/2026.
The deadline for receiving access arrangement requests for the November 2026 exam series is 26/10/2026.
K T Tuition is an accredited centre for the AQA and Edexcel (Pearson) examining boards.
We accept private candidate entries for many A Level and GCSE/IGCSE subjects. (excluding some subjects with coursework)
Practical element for science – we have links with BioGrad in Liverpool in order to offer practical science tests.

Applications can only be processed if the information provided is accurate and the centre can facilitate the exams.
K T Tuition cannot accept responsibility for exam entries where incorrect information has been provided.
Exam Cancellation
We do offer refunds for the cancellation of exams up to the first entry deadline with a £50 admin fee deducted.
Between the first entry deadline date and the second entry deadline date we offer refunds with a £100 admin fee deducted.
Unfortunately, there are no exam fee refunds after the second entry deadline.

Examination fees need to be paid in advance via bank transfer to K T Tuition. Applications can only be processed once payment has been received.
ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS
Access Arrangements can only be granted subject to meeting the current regulations laid down by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ)
